      Company provide a good Job security as well as Exposure to handle clients single handedly. This is a good place to learn a lot for a fresher

      Cons

      Company has limited Employee benefits and, For eg. Night Shift allowance is way below Industry standards. Also, there is recognition of your efforts and things run by perceptions(Probably, limited to FS vertical)

      Pros

      Eclerx always strive to maintain best industry standards for everything it does. They have by far best Employee engagement, knowledge management focus I have seen in any company.

      Cons

      Though the salaries are competitive however their is perceived sense of unfairness between pay scales of existing Manager and that of hired from Management schools.
