Payscale is really poor, I would recommend not to join this organisation and consider to work on your skill and try to get hired elsewhere Management will treat you as just a resource No focus on skill development of employees Associate principal in a meeting says openly if you agreed to work with us then do not expect or complain about low salary revisions where people have been given appraised salaries with increments of rs.400 as well Banding system is totally baseless and flawed that is given each month as appraisal is dependent on manager totally and relationship you share with them Pathetic worklife balance
