Nothing is good here. Do yourself a favor and go search for some other company.

Cons

On floor termination of employees without prior intimation. Hand held escorting of those terminated employees so that they don't talk to anyone on floor. Recruit for one profile and force you to work on other completely below power profiles Compensation is reduced after recruitment

Processes over here are quite good. Good place for freshers and starters. Auto promotion for analysts after 2 years to senior analyst. You will learn work management, handling work pressure and so on.

Cons

Challenges here are great to face. It will make you to learn so many things. However one of cons are salary less than market.
