Work life balance is good and there are a lot of opportunities to curate your skills. Management is supportive and the culture is good inside the company. You can switch teams within the company if you want a change or are unhappy with your current work.

Cons

Salary is below industry standards. There is a delay in promotions in many cases. Growth trajectory needs to be defined for employees.

Company has very low quality standards. People working are mostly inexperienced, favorism is done heavily by the managers. Work as per the capabilities and experience is not given. Salary is very low Work given is monotonous
