Being a part of a growing company certainly does good to one in terms of knowledge and experience and eClerx offers that. People are helpful and co-operative.

Cons

Salary "As per industry standards" does not really apply here. Poor facilities such as transport/canteen provided to employees Long working hours (clearly not in line with salary) Scope for growth is low
