1.Very Casual and open environment 2 NO formals 3.Helpful seniors as in TL and other collegue but managers are not that great 4.Less work pressure 5. Salary compared to industry is good 6. After working in some other bigger brands i realized eclerx was the best

Salary structure is very bad, they are fooling the new joiners on salary, not good management, bad transportation service, not work on latest technologies for software guys, no value to your good work only favoritism. managers giving good rating to favorite employees
