Decent Working Hours. Stress free work environment Stable and mundane work

No learning curve A very apathetic senior management Salary and Variables less in comparison to the market standards. Capped Bonuses. You will not receive a bonus above the cap ever. Monotonous work environment. Nothing to learn or gain in your years of experience. Managers do not have the right skills to approach a problem. Promotions are slow unless you have the right ties with your manager. A very huge hierarchy. Ensure you understand the hierarchy of the company before you apply for the position. The HR can duly take advantage of it if you are not aware.

1. All processes (Admin, IT Support, HR etc) are very systematic and organized 2. Job Roles are well defined 3. Appraisal Process is very good 4. Even the lowest level employee has visibility amongst senior management by processes like "Meet the Manager", "Talk to the Director" etc. 5. Serves as a very good launching pad for freshers
