Provides good learning curve for freshers One can make friends here and not just professional relations and good work culture Ample options to choose due to varied processes and domains No door policy If you have spent 3+ years in the company with fairly good performance, you are treated as an asset and have more chances of getting through for upcoming opportunities

Cons

Politics exist however not to the extent as compared to other companies Employee retention and employee engagement policies need to be much more stronger Worst Admin team ever... Inflacted annual CTC figures while hiring new candidates as there is a high % of variables in CTC
