Pros
Company and the job is good for stepping stone for fresh graduates if you ignore the cons but don't stay in this company for too long if you actually want a career growth
Cons
Politics, favoritism, Team Leads don't know how to hold agents accountable when doing something that could've terminated them but loves to preach about integrity. Work-life balance is almost non-existent. PTOs have to be utilized if I want to enjoy local holidays. For a senior role, the base salary is not "senior" at all. The only job opportunity offered is a Team Lead role which is something not everyone wants to become one, in other words, there's not much internal career opportunities given.
