Pros

All of the employees are very intelligent. Everyone has excellent integrity. There is zero ego in anyone and everyone is humble without being obnoxious. The firm is all about performing good and quality work. There are advancement opportunities. Benefits are phenomenal. Everyone is very helpful. The structure of the firm is unique-management is very accessible and down to earth. eClerx is a cutting edge firm where I hope to be for some time to come.

Cons

I wish I started sooner-honestly the only con I can think of- it isn't a place for a typical 9 to 5er. You must be a voracious learner but also a hard, and smart worker.
