You may learn various functions at the same time but the technology the system they are using its outdated,

Cons

No work life balance, worst leave policy, no healthcare, Worst transport and food. Favoritism and biased behavior of managers. Pathetic management. They will offer to good package after certain time they implement any policy and reduced your salary (take home). Firing employees with no reason. If your manager pay is less than yours so you will always in his/her hit list. They always manipulate your rating to throw you out from company.
