Very smart senior leaders with a granular understanding of the industry, competitors and clients. Employees at management level are also very competent and enjoyable to work with. They are running a number of simple and complex processes, so there is opportunity for growth and taking on more challenging operations.

Cons

Difficult work:life balance. The focus is on client satisfaction (which is a good thing), but this also demands long hours with little time off. This is not the company for someone that wishes to take it easy. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit and work hard.
