POLITICS IN SOME TEAMS. Manager ko maska maaro. Appraisal depends on how bonded you are with managers; Not good for Freshers. They will make you sit on bench for 6 months.

Cons

Pros

None. Not the worst though. There are worse orgs.. even more evil. But this company is just plain idiot when it comes to HR management, admin and decision making. The only pro is that it is not the worst of companies.

Cons

very selfish higher management. very minimal done for employees. has a bad image in the talent market., talent acquisition struggles to get even average talent in the company. Looks like it banks on helplessness of job seekers and its employees. Rates very low in terms of real talent Attrition rate is rightly very high. Moreover, the management basks that they accept it as a reality of the industry. Employee moral is down. Policies such as no tea coffee at desks, So many of security guards on floor staring at employees all the times, so many cameras on the work floor, bad infrastructure, minimal possible insurance policy, lobby based work culture, master servant culture, no mobile phones on the floor, no consideration for personal lives of employees (e.g. no mobile phones on floor under any circumstances). Company doesnt trust employees about the work from day 1. The default opinion seems to be that employees don't want to work. Talented people refrain from any opportunities here. yes if you are in dire need and struggling with any career oppties.. eClerx might help you (exploit you)
