      Give chances to freshers but under paid salaries 15k in hand and give lots of work pressure, they have openings very month. They hire employees and make them work like slaves.

      1) It's frustrating to see the company prioritize hiring MBA graduates from prestigious schools for the Process Manager role over promoting existing employees who are more qualified and knowledgeable about the corporate environment and process. It's disheartening that a newly hired MBA graduate, despite holding a higher position as a Process Manager, lacks the basic skills and knowledge required for the role, forcing me, as a Senior Analyst, to lead client and director calls and even teach him how to use essential tools like Skype.
