Good work experience for a beginner, as he would be working for a good investment bank as Eclerx has many IBs as it's client. Client systems are very well to work with. Other facilities and canteen are ok. Still good if you compare other KPO's like Syntel and Sutherland.

Cons

Upper management is not bothered if there is no escalation. Long working hours, many times 12-13 hrs a day are considered normal. There is a process named C1, where managers tell that you will be coming in hell. Low facilities for night shift employees. Some seniors do not want their juniors to learn the entire process in fear of losing their importance. No work life balance.
