Cons

No WLB(Work life balance) Bad Work culture Poorest Transport Service d. Poor Facilities e. Poor Employee orientation f. Poor Loyalty Concepts - The more senior you are in the company by years and designations, all violations are allowed. g. Hierarchy driven co. - People work for designations. Your work will be done depending on your designation h. Senior Management is Severely Biased and is prejudiced i. Senior Management is very vulnerable When u called for an interview, the interviewer says not interested, When you will contact the point of contact, he / she switches off phone. No reaponse from any of Senior persons. This is waste . They call you for the time pass. No importance of candidature.

Pros

Training programs: you will get formal training in software tools used in analytics Somewhat accommodating and inclusive culture Work-life balance is good for many employees, but depends on the process/client you get. Can work on area you are interested in (or so it seems), but do not expect cutting edge projects.

Cons

Cheap: no cubicles. Managers have to sit in rows with the remaining employees. Only senior management gets cubicles. Mid-level management gets phones which are used up by senior management. The laptop I got in my previous company 4 years ago was more powerful than the one provided by this company. Hiring process: what is promised in job description is not what you get to do in the company. This is because the onboarding process is poorly managed, with no communication between your interviewer and the person who ends up as your boss. Don't believe this company's fascinating job descriptions about cutting edge projects. Career growth: Bonus is based on relative performance, not on value add. Promotions sort of based on seniority/tenure. On-site opportunities: a mirage. Depending on process and role, may get to travel on short foreign trips ~2 times a year. Other aspects: offices are located in outskirts. Quite hierarchical organizational structure.

Pros

No pros at all. No training provided and there is no career growth plan in this organisation. This is the worst company of my life.

Cons

Worst mangers, work culture, lots of work pressure, overtime and night shift. Employees play corporate politics. Manager gives bad words on the production floor.
