Pros

Fresher's Company, good to start if no other organization is willing to hire you. Work Life Balance depends on your process, I can say of GFX, its very bad. You've to stretch to complete your work as no bench, work of 5 F Ts are done by 3. Personal Growth- no if you've attitude, yes if you're good at butter pasting. If you know how to manage your work you could be King, if no you've to dig holes as labour. Lots to learn.

Cons

You've to stretch and there is no overtime compensation. Growth is negligible but good to work for 15-18 months and then switch & work for organizations which said no in first place. Better if you leave in 15-18 months or you'll get frustrated, don't set any long term goal. Infrastructure is worst, you'll feel like you're working for LIC in some remote village. Floor, Chair, Work Space Management, Washrooms, Canteens all are as per average standards.

Pros

eClerx is filled with a bunch of energetic and committed people and they leave no stone unturned to make their clients happy. I can bet my money on their stock :) Pay will be at par with the industry standards

Cons

Some immature people lead big teams and are very unreasonable to work with. You have to be super cautious whom you report into. Dont ask too many questions is the underlying principle in which they work Worklife balance is very poor.. and you dont get to take your leaves, even if you have an emergency Workplace is packed to the fullest and breathing can take some effort if it is a full house. Managers have a general tendency to whine all the time.

Pros

Being an experienced person honestly nothing

Cons

Extremely stressfully and abusive team environment No work life balance Micro manage at mega level, your manager would not let you live and with that stress you will pass on the same stress to your subordinates. People on top level have ganged up together and very difficult to get comfortable with them. I really had to see the doctor due to the mental stress they had given me, its been 10 years of working as an investment banker i have never seen such unprofessional, abusive, low maintenance organization, honestly a big Lala company, hated it. In the span of 2 and 1/2 years they changed my project 4 time, and at the end put me somewhere i did not have expertise for which i raised the question that why me but still as they said i just needed to know the basics which i did so later the torture was unbearable.
