Great for freshers. Friendly people, amazing seniors. Many facilities and certifications provided.

Cons

Some teams are utter bad. A few teams take a very technical interview but once hired put you in a non-technical role.

Cons

Appraisals are very bad. Yearly bonus is given to only a limited percentage of the employees in Analyst group. HR will hide this during the interview.
