Numerous employees—especially analysts—mention the chance to work with high-profile clients and gain valuable hands-on experience early in their careers.

Pros

Gives an opportunity to freshers to begin their corporate journey.

Cons

The work pressure is insane considering the payment, the micro management, HR are supposed to help you address your queries/issues but that doesn't happen here, you are all by yourself Because neither does the management address those. I have quit early on without any other offer that's how frustrated I was. Also you will see this firm hiring the entire year because that really reflects their work culture and how they treat their employees. So suggesting you can be here but for a short term and consider switching at the earliest.

Pros

Learning Opportunities – Exposure to multiple clients and projects helps build domain knowledge and process understanding. Training Programs – Good onboarding and continuous training to improve technical and process skills. Work-Life Balance – Usually manageable for non-peak seasons; night shifts may vary depending on the project. Team Environment – Friendly colleagues and supportive team leads in many cases. Career Growth – Opportunities to move to senior analyst roles or transition into other domains within the company. Performance Recognition – Monthly/quarterly recognition programs for high performers. Global Exposure – Some projects involve interaction with international clients (US/Europe), enhancing communication skills.

Cons

Cons Monotonous Work – Some processes can be repetitive, especially in the initial years. Night Shifts – Many projects require night shifts, which can affect work-life balance. Limited Technical Growth – Analyst roles may not provide deep technical exposure unless moving into technical or data-related projects. Salary Growth – Increment and promotion cycles can be slow for entry- to mid-level roles. High Performance Pressure – Targets and KPIs are strictly monitored; underperformance can be stressful. Career Progression Limitations – Unless you actively upskill or move to other teams, growth can plateau.
