Work environment is not very motivating Employee experience in general is not encouraging either Teams work in silos. Someone can easily feel isolated. Lack of planning in work and then it is attributed to fast-pace of the company.

The firm gives good service and working culture is also good aminities like food and all are availble in premises only and feels like professional rather than a casual work life.

Cons

Salary issue its been 2 year i'm working here and i started a fresher analyst at a package of 2lpa that already very less cause the amout of work then get done from you is not worth salary and now its been 2 year i'm here the salary i'm getting is 2.19 LPA. so dont expect salary if you want experience .
