1. No work life balance 2. Unorganised 3. Few old senior management people have too much ego, specifically from Tech department 4. No perks or facilities apart from salary 5. Drop service is paid for Night shift employees 6. Mediclaim facilities are poor 7. Infrastructure is poor, though it's improving now
