Pros

Exposure to multiple projects and technologies. Good learning opportunities for freshers. Supportive peers and approachable colleagues. Flexible in terms of remote work (project-dependent).

Cons

Extremely high work pressure — minimum 12–15 working hours daily in the software development department. Unrealistic deadlines — tasks that require 2–3 days are expected to be completed within a day. Managers often force employees to stretch beyond working hours. Salary increments are very low, even for long-term employees. Poor employee retention — instead of rewarding existing employees, the company prefers to hire new people at double the salary.
