Learning opportunities (Udemy, Linked in ) Free Supportive managers Permanent Work from home Flexible Job timings, And it doesn't matter what time you work or how much time you're away from the laptop, All they need their work to be done on time.

Cons

Low salary, Less Hike, One needs to review all the policy before submitting a resignation, Get a list of all the things that you're going to get / not going to get / post resignation salary / deduction etc, all the things you should have on email from your HR. Once you leave the company then you won't be entertained. Take all the details on email before submitting a resignation.
