Pros

Will get to interact with international clients. Most of the employees are helpful. They pay on an average basis.

Cons

Worst work life balance. They will literally make you work for whole night if client needs something urgent without paying you extra. So definitely don't let them entertain this. They have the ability to change their colors overnight and could literally throw you out without giving a second thought. This could happen just a day before appraisal announcement.
