Terrible work life balance. Non-compete agreement which makes it difficult to switch jobs. Extremely poor salary.

In my scenario, I joined eClerx in campus placement of CDAC but did not have any project after 6 months they kicked me out. In this condition and recession too is very tough for me to get a new opportunity
