Pros

(I’m remote) Everyone is friendly, and working hard. In-depth onboarding process was super helpful. Someone is always available when I had questions, and upper management stays engaged with what’s going on internally. I started less than a year ago, and have held various similar positions, and this is by far my favorite company to work for.

Cons

I have no complaints so far.

Due to the growth of the company, there are still processes and procedures that are not scaled for the size of the company. This can be frustrating at time, but there is a genuine interest in fixing these problems.
