Pros

It has been my pleasure and a privilege to be a part of this wonderful organization. I have been working at ECS India office as full-time Employee. I started my career as a fresher and now working as TEAM LEAD handling team of 10.When I look back every single year in my journey in the ECS is instrumental, has been a year of Learning, change, growth and bunch of good memories and working in friendly, family environment. The wonderful thing which we have here is people are treated as greatest assets to the organization and respect their values, ideas. This makes everyone come to the office with positive mind set and excel their skill sets for themselves&organizational growth. I am so proud to be part of ECS family. Looking forward to work many more years with ECS.

Pros

It has a small town friendly intimate feel. The product is good. The product team (not PS) is a good place to be.

Cons

There are so many. Starting from the Telugu bias, this start at the very very top. Professional services sucks so bad. There are never enough people. Those that are left are bled dry without any rewards or recognition. There is no career path for growth. The goal setting process is abysmal. It feels like PS is only there to feed the product team till the founders can sell the IP and rake it in while leaving the employees high and dry!
