A nightmare, Career spoiler and total negative place. India office is no less than a jail.

Pros

If u survive here you can survive anywhere in the world because you cannot find worst place and management than this. Especially India.

Cons

This is the only place where the Management wil force you to fight with your teammates disrespect your reporting manager. It's OK if your techically dumb you can survive with personal skills of buttering and helping the management head with daily activities. Just need to spend time with management listening to gossip about others personal life. But, if you do not accept even a single thing told by the management you are done!!!! You wil face the worst nightmare of your life. 0% Job security. If you dare to be honest and professional you can be kicked anytime it's Al depending on the mood swings of the India head

Pros

- Salary. Depends on your negotiation skills - If you have buttering skills. You'll reach good position in this company, But not as a person. - Nothing much I think

Cons

- Politics - Partiality - Poor jokes from management, but you have to laugh - Telugu domination. - No flexibility - Need to provide doctor certificate for one day sick leave also. - We forced to give 5 star ratings You can check it happened on same day. - Micro management

Bad and Cheap Culture

Pros

eCS at US is very good and the ppl from US behave in a very professional manner, US office always strive to improve the Indian branch and expand it

Cons

Unlike US office, Indian management at eCS is very very bad where the hell lot of personal things will be mixed up with the professional things, and the management behaves in a very cheap manner if they do not like the employee personally and from the same day , will start cornering the employee in all the scenarios, and make the employee quit the organization. Many senior employees left the India office and attrition rate was very high. Even after escalating the issues , there were no fruitful results, hence many employees left. My sincere and humble request is : please do think and do some intense verification with the former employees about the company and later do not regret. The positive comments poster above were given by the staff from the company itself.
