Pros

Its been wonderful to be a part of this company . I can list the pros as -Great Work culture, Flexible working hours, team training, outing out of city trip, cricket tournament,Fun activities at workplace. -Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO and Management team are high spirited and open minded which brings lot of positive energy in the team. - Feels awesome to work with a talented team. - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work - Good senior management. They will be around you if you need anything or any help. -Cross functional interactions enhance and redefine our learning in turn are credited to the knowledge we acquire.

India & US Office - Great work place with best work culture

Pros

I work in India office and here we have best work culture, feels like a close knit family as we are small growing team, open and receptive to employee suggestions, lot of potential within the team to contribute to the growth of the organization, updating to best processes as and when there is a need. Lot of scope to grow individually and professionally as the organization is growing in quick pace. Overall it is a fun place to work and great platform to grow as a professional.
