Good salary for the job profile Good incentives Good bonuses Great for freshers. This a good company to start with.

Cons

Night Shifts They have some serious policies which they change as they wish. Also they satisfy you with some answers that you would believe in like for the CTC offered.

Pros

Good work ethics. People seem to want to get it done. Good health insurance.

Cons

Some are rude/biased. Sometimes people are not helpful to each other. As a result, some people seem kinda depressed. People are constantly speaking in Indian language. Bad for those who don't know it. Impolite & suspicious too - they may be saying something about you. Not a great computer company culture.
