      Pros

      Benefits provided are good Work culture is great. Right team member to Leadership is supportive and apprachable. For fresher's this company is a good start.

      Cons

      Flat hirarchy, due to which growth oppportunities a very limited. Transitioning to other department is also very limited. Comfort zone, learning opportunities are limitied after spending few years with the organization.
