Nothing, none at all. there is nothing to say in the favor of this so called organization.

Senior Management is Very very poor Employees are being treated as slaves No work Culture No Job Security No Process of Appraisals Everything is in the hands of a Manager

Pros

I have worked for approx 3 years with the company and there is no positive about this company.

Cons

The company believes in hire n fire with no respect to employees, which are treated worse than labours. There is no stability in the company and that is the reason why I and my friends have left the company. Having said that if you still want to murder your career, join this company.
