Good work culture Great learning scope Great team to work with I joined here with a hope to learn and expand my responsibilities and i got the opportunity to learn new approaches and strategies to work. They also have onsite opportunity. After my joining i have see two employee being sent to onsite

Pantry facility needs to improve with more food options.

no pros Bad company i have ever seen.

Cons

polluted location Salary not on time forget your variable Leads and managers dont take responsibilty developers treated as slave Some TL's and Pm's uses bad languages with developers for their work you can not trust on management verbly. take everything in written. No extra activities. No training of Sitecore. HR makes fool to the new candidates. And many more, So dont join this worst company. This is not a company but a website shop.

Pros

Immense growth & learning opportunities, our CEO is a smart business oriented hands-on person who knows entire organization on 1st name basis, gives personal attention to issues & takes reviews himself. The company is expanding & working on good HR policies. The hiring process is great as it focuses on culture and fit. Great teams with really dedicated people.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to my mind although there is scope of improvement in every organization. it is one of the best mid-sized company to work with a great vision & strong leadership team.
