Pros

Very dynamic environment, good for long term growth and stability. Gives plenty of opportunities for internal transfer and has a lot of opportunities for onsite travel. You can also work From different locations from India or Abroad (Work from home)

Cons

You shall take time to adjust in this organisation as they have recently undergone a 360 degree transformation and have put in place a stricter policy for non performing resources

Management is too bad. HR creating policies but managers breaking policies. Company's name is changed to "Altudo". Do not change the company's name. Change the company's management and work culture.
