Pros

Understanding managers. If you fall behind they will help coach you and give you that boost you need to reset and get back to doing your job well. Sometimes you just need to shake it off and get some honest advice from your more experience manager and they are always willing to help. You have access to anyone in the company as a resource for advice and help on techniques.

Cons

The metrics are somewhat set up to where it still counts against your average even if it’s not your fault. Like if a customer hangs up on you immediately after saying “Hello my name is _______, with eFinancial, is this ________? ***CLICK** Like I haven’t even been given the opportunity to let them know how simple and quick this process could actually go if they would just hold on for three minutes. Customers also will yell at you about how many times they have been called and are immediately annoyed with you. I’ve had many people tell me that even if they were interested in doing business with us and buying a plan, that they wouldn’t anymore because of how much we blow up their phone. I think we might need to relax on the amount of times each customer gets called in one day.

Pros

- It’s easy and the interviews are a joke - Diversity isn’t too bad - People are mostly nice, just not very good at their jobs or staying up to date with the industry

Cons

- Don’t expect a promotion here based on merit. Promotions are based on loyalty only after many years. - Terrible pay, way under market rate - Don’t bother offering advice for improving things. You’ll get flagged as insubordinate - Poor benefits - Don’t expect to learn much. The platforms are old and the people don’t have much to offer - Incompetent management
