The issue is the software just does not work - period.

At face value, the software looks impressive, but on deeper evaluation and compared to more sophisticated tools on the market, you can tell the software does not pick up important issues.

Cons

This is a small company appearing to be big and is run by a techie and an accountant who have very little business acumen. London office has 2 staff and no support. Low wages in India with some staff earn about $100 a month. The software does not work effectively.

Understanding TLs, TLs will help u if u have any doubts. Friendly environment.

Cons

Less exposure in technical areas. Politics in management level. If you are close to management people, you will respected and get good hikes.
