No work at all Nothing pros about this company
Cons
Anyone with attitude to say 'ok' for anything in interview can easily join here. Interview will be disaster. Career development is a biggest question here. Since no work u get no salary hikes. If u enter as fresher then life is gone. There is literally no HR in this company. Many seniors here run another business for their survival. even the top level management are in real estates . Product won't survive for more than 2 years.

The only Pros is Very easy interview. People with empty heads can easily get in.
Cons
The Empty headed seniors over here dont leave juniors to grow up. Do NOT join here if you care for your career. Seniors are just story tellers here.. Whatever they say management will believe. Empty headed. Management is worst. Micro Management Low hike. You can feel a school like environment here..
