The issue is the software just does not work - period.

Pros

At face value, the software looks impressive, but on deeper evaluation and compared to more sophisticated tools on the market, you can tell the software does not pick up important issues.

Cons

This is a small company appearing to be big and is run by a techie and an accountant who have very little business acumen. London office has 2 staff and no support. Low wages in India with some staff earn about $100 a month. The software does not work effectively.

Really good product. Can work from home.

Cons

Horrible management. No one in the company understands marketing or sales or sales + marketing. No collaboration between sales and marketing No raises. No maternity leave. No appreciation of employees whatsoever.. No company integrity.
