      Always delyed appraisal. Management delay the appraisal by 5-6 months every year

      Lots of hours. May have to work nights.

      Kaiser for Medical. Work from home twice a week. Day off on your birthday.

      Cons

      Bonus. Will work nights and still have to come into work in the morning. Work/life balance will be affected. Rarely make a profit on the employee stock purchase plan (espp), if any.
