      1.Work life balance is good. 2.Supportive people , will help you whenever needed.

      1. No proper management. 2. Not so good hike in salary. 3. Have less work so most of the time you will be wondering what to do.

      Pros

      I liked the work environment and the people at eGain. Co-employees are very friendly from day 1 itself. There is no difference of being a fresher or a senior. Good learning experience for a fresher.

      Cons

      Low pay. No good perks. No fun events (apart from one Funtastic Friday once every month) No games for casual talks. You have to look at yur computer all day. Recently the change in rules and management is very bad.
