I have just joined eGain and it has been great so far. Work culture is nice. Senior developers are very helpful in getting you familiar with the project.

Cons

Company's intranet could be better with more information on the products and other stuffs.

- Work culture is not healthy in Engineering. Initially you will feel good but later on you will get the real picture - Micro management: Engineering management \ Managers interfere in each and everything. - No Appreciation for good work but you will big notes if you will do any mistake - Family owned business : Lots of husband\wife
