My experience as a Business Development Executive with eGrove Systems has been highly positive. I've gained a wealth of knowledge by collaborating with various teams. The work environment is friendly, and the team treats everyone with respect. One of the best aspects is that there is no unnecessary pressure, management is supportive and encourages a stress-free work culture. It's truly an enjoyable and enriching place to work.

One thing I can say is that the work environment was generally friendly and the team was collaborative. However, despite the positive atmosphere, I found it hard to stay motivated due to the lack of salary increments and growth opportunities. It’s frustrating to feel stagnant in your career, but the team dynamics made it a bit easier to manage day-to-day tasks. Unfortunately, the lack of recognition for hard work is a major downside.
