Pros

1. Nice people and a warm, welcoming environment 2.Competitive pay rate 3. Good setup for remote work 4. Easy and helpful onboarding and well-defined processes

Cons

I, along with other new hires, was unexpectedly laid off after just two months of employment. This reflects poorly on upper management and overall workforce planning. I joined the company seeking stability, but unfortunately, that expectation was not met
