Pros

I came in with no sales experience. Came from a different craft and a completely different cloth. They were accepting and did a great job in training me but also let the expectations be known from the get go and even some of the negatives, rather than me finding out on my own later. So I appreciated that. You have to be hungry in any sales job and if you arent coachable or cant take constructive criticism this isnt for you. Awesome benefits. A diverse culture and management doesnt have egos or come off arrogant.

Cons

You better brush up all the time on your compliance game. Always have to stay on top of the changes with CMS and compliance. Otherwise your gone. Its not hard to do, but the federal government doesnt play when it comes to mistakes. So you gotta be ahead of the game at all times.
