Pros

You have the opportunity to make a lot of money if you pick up the sales tactics and listen to the training. Employee Driven company, remote work, and solid holiday hours and benefits.

Cons

Long hours at times, there’s some burnout that does happen, it is a call center job. Mandatory OT for a 3 month period. Work Life balance isn’t too ideal, and sometimes micromanaging.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the company. I especially appreciate that you call out the employee driven culture we have. We believe that helping people find the right coverage for their needs and budget, especially when they have a limited window to make their decisions, can be a rewarding experience but we understand the seasonal nature of this industry can take some time to get used to and isn't for everyone. Last year we implemented new policies and benefits, including recharge days, a hybrid work model, increased compensation, and home office expenditures, to name a few, to support the physical and mental well-being of our employees throughout the year. Happy New Year to you and thank you for being part of our team! ~Bob Rees
