Pros

Base pay + commissions, w-2 employment, benefits. Employees were great!

Cons

I personally experienced the company trim the comp plan multiple times of year, expected to work 60-80hr weeks during enrollment seasons, and be ready for unexpected mass layoffs. They try to limit average earnings to 50-60 which is okay. If everyone busts to beats goals, they update their expectations to match for the avg commission amount. Work more, expect less.
