Pros

Lots of nice people and trainers

Cons

My hiring round had about 30 people in it and maybe 2 made it through the first few months. A tough phone sales job is all.

Pros

Though I know this company has been under going change recently; I am glad I did not listen to previous reviews on glass door and asked the hard questions myself during the interview process. Had I not, I would not be a current employee of the first company I have ever worked for that "Feels like Home". From day one I have felt like a piece of the puzzle, like I belong; not just a number or brought here to fill a gap. Finally I have found a company that promotes work life balance beyond just an ad on their intranet site. They embrace their Vision, Mission and Values statement and work hard to ensure all of leadership acts as One Team. The healthcare benefits are the best I have seen since the High Deductible plans have become a common place, and lastly everyone I have come across is willing to go above and beyond to help and I have not found one person that is so against change that they hinder foreword progress. They promote inclusion, and truly listen to voice of their employees. This company works together to embrace change and build scalable operational foundations for the future. They have made working remote a positive innovation and collaboration inducing environment, while other companies are struggling and starting to move their companies back to mortar and brick. As with any company, all areas are not the same. I encourage anyone and everyone to do their own research, ask the questions during interviews, form your own opinions.

Cons

Like many companies, eHealth has multiple disparate systems, though this is a con the company has recognized this issues and is currently undergoing an internal project to streamline the systems they currently have. This should make it easier in the future to ensure the same work is completed in the same systems by all staff. (i.e. Google Sheets vs Excel, Tableau vs Power BI, Note: These are only examples to provide clarification to the statement and may not reflect systems currently used by this company)
