Pros

eHealth has provided and amazing opportunity for me to develop as an agent and as a leader! The diverse culture and attitude of giving back to the community is what attracted me in the beginning. Since then I have learned that eHealth is all about helping develop their people into leaders. The leadership is committed to creating a culture where success is guaranteed if you follow the processes put in place. I have loved being a part of a company that takes care of people both in and out of the workplace!!! If you work hard and can be coached, you can go far here!

Cons

This can be a very challenging job. The mental toughness required to be successful here has weeded out many. This requires a high level of integrity and the desire to continue to improve that tends to make it difficult for those looking for a "job" not a "career."

Pros

The software and technology are awesome. The chance to help Medicare beneficiaries with their options can be very rewarding.

Cons

There are different call priority tiers. If you end up in a low tier, due to being new, or any other reason, you’ll struggle to get enough sales to achieve goals.
