Pros

Sales reps can make good money, you don’t take your work home, paid to study for licensing test and great training. The culture promotes a good work ethic (it is work), positive attitudes and doing the right thing for customers. Leadership (Sales Director level) is visible and engaged. Promotes from within

Cons

Communication could be better between departments

Lack of leadership and vision

Pros

There is some flexibility. Not much, but some.

Cons

There is a supreme lack of leadership and vision from the upper management at this company. The C-level executives expect that to come from the people below making 100k while they take home large paychecks. They do not take any responsibility for the lack of forethought and dysfunction within the company. They do not lead by example, promote within the organization or inspire their workers. They motivate through shaming and have very little interest in getting to know the people below that work for them. They could really care less. The also do things like push out reviews to avoid giving raises
