Good benefits. Has both commission and base pay. Great coworkers and managers

Cons

Most of your inbound calls outside of AEP will be people looking for a grocery card that they'd have to switch plans for. You get calls based on how many sales closed, if you fumble enough times, you won't get any calls; tanking your numbers.
